ANNA IS AN INTERNATIONAL ACTOR, DIRECTOR AND COACH CURRENTLY SPLITTING HER LIFE BEETWEEN US & EU.
Immigrating from Krakow (Poland), Anna is a proud alumna of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting (2016) and The Barrow Group Theatre, NYC (Directing Lab’18).
Anna initiated a much needed injection of cultural relevance into the theatre world by Co-Founding and serving as Artistic Director of the Eastern Bridge Theatre Troupe, which specializes in providing a platform for foreign artists to share their stories. She produced, directed and acted in numerous international productions including: “The Story of Two Poets”, “Strings:An Original Play”, “Antigone” and series of theatrical events : “Foreign Voices Are Us” (NYC 2018) and “The Crossover Series” (LA 2020).
In 2017 Anna spent a year donating her time to social outreach by engaging with Stella Adler’s ongoing series of theatre projects for the inmates of detention centers in New York City.
In 2018, Rak decided to trade coasts to delve into the film world in Los Angeles. Over the first couple of years in the West Coast, she gained extended experience in film production thanks to a collaboration with the Three Mile Films.
In the Fall of 2020, Anna transferred to Warsaw (Poland) and founded Power Up Studio, where she currently provies various coaching services for artists and other professionals. Since then, Anna has gained professional qualifications in: Life & Business Coaching, Rational Behavioral Therapy and Access Bars.
She is also proud to have completed Stella Adler Technique Teacher Training (Summer 2022), which makes her the only Certified Stella Adler Technique Instructor in Poland.
Anna has always been a traveler and splits her heart between 4 of her homes: Warsaw, London, New York and Los Angeles.
